Advanced Service
Our Advanced Service provides the most efficient and effective project management solution. This includes the “Boosted” processes and identified performance measurements required to monitor and maintain projects in the green. This service can be applied to new or existing projects.
A full assessment of our client’s requirements is performed with input from the key stakeholders. We analyse all risks to provide the level of uncertainty* of meeting targets. Projects are rated as red, amber or green according to their process, performance and resource indicators. Clients can implement follow up recommendations or Project Boost can manage the project and hand over to the client at an agreed level of uncertainty (this could be at completion).

Our Project Support services are for clients who already have a project management environment, but require help in the implementation of new or ongoing projects.
Our support can include:
• Consultancy – assistance in assessing project status and identifying solutions.
• Ongoing Support – providing key resources including project management and skills in the relevant domain.
• Project Bids - We can assist clients with project tenders, providing additional expertise to boost project bids and improve business development.

Rapid Recovery
Our rapid recovery service is for clients whose projects have fallen off-track or need to be restarted. We can provide the energy and expertise to kick-start the project with minimum outlay and maximum results putting it firmly back on track.
